Refund & Return Policy

At YOWA, we are committed to providing thoughtfully curated home living products that bring comfort and warmth into your everyday life. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date your order is delivered. Unfortunately, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted after this period.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.

  • Be returned with its original packaging, tags, and accessories.

  • Include proof of purchase or your order confirmation.

Items that have been used, washed, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Customized or personalised products

  • Hygiene-sensitive products

  • Products marked as Final Sale


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.

  3. Contact your bank, as refunds can take several business days to appear.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect.

If you need to exchange an item, please contact us before returning the product.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.

To help us process your request quickly, please provide:

  • Photos of the packaging

If your purchase was sent as a gift, please contact our customer support team. We will gladly assist you with the return or exchange process where applicable.
