At YOWA, we want you to love every piece you bring into your home. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused and in its original condition.
Be returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
Include proof of purchase or your order confirmation.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used, washed, damaged after delivery, or are not in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Gift cards
Clearance or sale items
Customized or personalized products
Items marked as Final Sale

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective, damaged during delivery, or received incorrectly.

If you need an exchange, please contact us before returning your item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Photos of the product
Photos of the packaging

This helps us resolve your request as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly by YOWA.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
